Services
Where shall we begin?
Whether you’re in the midst of product development or ready to launch and go, I have the vast spectrum of unique expertise to help you reach your business milestones.
No matter where I’ve been in my legal career, I’ve always been the “full-service” lawyer for whatever product development projects I’ve been part of. Negotiating and redlining contracts, writing customer terms and conditions, rolling up my sleeves with the marketing folks (who I know truly love working with the lawyers!) to figure out what we could and couldn’t say, breaking cryptic regulatory compliance requirements down into operationalized bite-sized requirements (with bullet points!) and generally just trying to make something work from both a legal, business and operational perspective.
Along the way, I’ve picked up a bunch of payments expertise as a result of all that.
